PO2Order Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PO2Order you agree to these Terms. If you are using PO2Order on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

2. Access to the service

• You must maintain an active Shopify store and the necessary API permissions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• We may suspend access for security, abuse, or non-payment.

3. Customer data

• You retain ownership of purchase orders, product data, and any content you upload.
• You grant PO2Order a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
• We do not sell customer data.

4. Fees

• Pricing and any free-order limits are described on our website or order form.
• Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• No attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

PO2Order is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach. Upon termination we will delete or return your data per our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
