Getting Started

How do I install PO2Order?
Connect PO2Order to your commerce platform or ERP. Once connected, you'll be guided through setting up your dedicated email inbox and configuring your first SKU mappings.

How long does setup take?

What file formats are supported?
We support PDF, Excel (XLSX, XLS), CSV, and images (PNG, JPG, WEBP). We also process email attachments automatically when sent to your dedicated PO inbox.
How does SKU mapping work?
When we extract a SKU from a PO, we attempt to match it to your product catalog. If no match is found, you can manually map it once, and we'll remember that mapping for all future orders. Over time, the system learns your customers' SKU patterns.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
Our AI achieves 99.9% accuracy on standard typed purchase orders. Handwritten POs or unusual formats may require manual review, but our system learns from corrections to improve over time.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure cloud infrastructure (AWS) and follow industry best practices. Your PO data is only used for processing your orders and is never shared or used for training.
